3. This cream should be used only at night, as retinal can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight.

 4. If you are new to using retinal or retinol products, start by applying it once a week to allow your skin to adjust gradually.

 5. If your skin tolerates the cream well, you can gradually increase the frequency to upto 3 times a week
