    SHAKE 4-5 TIMES AND SPRAY AT LEAST 10-15 CM AWAY FROM SKIN AND SPREAD EVENLY BY HAND. IF USING ON FACE, SPRAY ON TO PALM BEFORE PATTING ON. REAPPLY REGULARLY ESPECIALLY AFTER SWEAT OR TOWELLING DRY TO ENSURE MAXIMUM EFFECTIVENESS. TO REMOVE, WASH, AND RINSE THOROUGHLY
