With Retinol: Alternate nights. Use the CARE:NEL cream on one night and your retinol product on the next night  to avoid potential irritation. One should not use it on the same nights

Step-by-Step Application:

Cleanse: Start with a clean face. Use your favorite gentle cleanser to wash away impurities and pat your skin dry.

Prep (Optional): Apply your usual toner and/or essence to hydrate and prepare your skin.

Treat (Optional): If you use any other serums (like Hyaluronic Acid), apply them first and allow them to absorb fully.

• Apply the Cream:

Amount: Squeeze a pea-sized amount of the cream onto your fingertips. A little goes a long way. if it doesnt cover your skin, use more.

Application: 

Gently spread the cream over your entire face for an overall brightening effect. Use gentle, upward massaging strokes until fully absorbed.

Moisturize (If Needed): If you have very dry skin, you can layer a heavier, simple moisturizer on top once the whitening cream has fully absorbed. For most users, this cream provides sufficient hydration.

Protect (AM Routine - CRITICAL STEP):

In the morning, always finish your routine with a broad-spectrum sunscreen of SPF 50 or higher.

This step is non-negotiable. Sun exposure will counteract the benefits of the cream and can lead to new dark spots.
