Bifesta Micellar Cleansing Water Bright Up (miceller water) 400ml

A wiping-type water cleansing that removes makeup with the power of micelles. 

Penetrating hyaluronic acid (moisturizing) penetrates deep into the stratum corneum. 

Pullulan forms a protective film on the surface of the skin, locking in moisture and preventing external irritation. 

Bright Up contains a vitamin C derivative (moisturizing) and a type of AHA lactic acid (keratin softening). 

Removes old keratin and dirt from pores, leading to clear skin.

Soak an appropriate amount into a cotton pad and gently wipe it off.
